New England Scaffolding & Services, LLC is looking for a high energy person to join our warehouse team as a Yard Supervisor in Brockton, MA. This is a key leadership position that requires a team oriented person who can handle a fast paced environment with a great team.
Hours/Starting Pay/Benefits:
-Starting pay will be based upon experience and certifications held, starting range is $20-$30 per hour.
-Hours are 12pm-8pm Monday-Friday and must be willing to work overtime and weekends during busy times.

-Experience in and/or running a warehouse team in a construction setting is ideal. We will train you on the various types of equipment we handle, but a previous background in a construction is required.
Primary Duties of the Job:
-Supervise and coordinate scaffolding inventory management
-Procure equipment for jobs
-Assisting in managing the Warehouse Team to ensure that all trucks are loaded, stripped, counted and assessed in a timely manner, and equipment is in good condition.
-Working with the Warehouse Manager and Operations Manager in coordinating with other branches to find fleet for transfers when/if needed.
-Making sure that employees are properly trained and work in a safe, clean and organized manner at all times.
-Schedule delivery truck and and fork truck fleet preventative maintenance and coordinate daily checks of all trucks and equipment
-Review sales staff generated material lists for accuracy and or missing items
-Provide count accuracy for outbound/inbound shipments.
-Supervise and or perform customer service related activities
-Being able to prioritize work and alter the work schedule to deal with shifting priorities
-This is a fast-paced job and being positive and working as a team is essential!
General Qualities & Proficiencies:
-You must have a “Get it done” attitude.
-Valid Drivers License and clean driving record is required
-Forklift Certification is a plus
-Being able to work in the elements- both cold and heat – This is an unheated/non airconditioned warehouse. The work is performed mostly in the yard loading and unloading trucks with equipment.
-Organization, time management skills, and using good judgement when making decisions
-You must be able to safely lift over 50+ lbs on a regular basis and be able to work on your feet for long periods of time.
-Must be able to pass a pre employment drug screen and physical
